Janet Herrick is an artist, photographer, educator and writer who is
fiercely devoted to the belief in lifelong learning and ongoing spiritual
development. She received a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts from Marymount College,
Tarrytown, NY, a Masters in Religious Studies from Catholic University in
Washington, D.C., and a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa
Uiversity in Boulder, CO. She continues her association with Naropa as an
educator and mentor in the online Masters Program in Transpersonal
Psychology. She is an avid traveler and has lived in many parts of the US
and the world, and currently resides in Orlando, FL. Her interest in the
wisdom of ancient culture has influenced her art and writing and prompted
the founding of Stone Circle, a national organization devoted to women’s
spirituality. She believes that each person’s life challenge is to
continually seek their emotional and spiritual potential while sharing their
unique gifts and talents in service to the larger community.
